Newborn to Pre-K

Your child will be loved and cared for while you attend the worship service. Parents can feel safe leaving their little ones in our care during the service knowing we have clean and age-appropriate toys and activities. Each week the older children will be introduced to Christian music, stories, and activities that will build a permanent foundation for their biblical future. Nursery care is provided for the 9 a.m. Sunday School Hour and during the Worship Service.

Kindergarten through 6th grade

Every Sunday, children have the chance to learn more about God, His Son, Jesus, and His Word, the Bible, during Sunday School.  Each Sunday morning at 9:00 a.m., children meet for Sunday School.  Bring your children and watch the growth in their knowledge of the Bible.

Children begin their Sunday worship time in the worship center with their parents. Here they participate in multi-generational worship, prayer, giving, and hear what’s happening that week at Calvary. Just before the Pastor shares from God's Word, children K-6th grade are dismissed to attend their own Children’s Church. One of our Children's ministry volunteers will share with everyone who they are and the theme of the lesson that the children will be hearing that day, so don't be concerned about knowing when and where to go.  We'll escort the children to their own classroom, and deliver them back to the patio area at the conclusion of the service time.

Our mission at Calvary is to partner with parents to launch kids on a lifelong journey with Jesus that impacts the world, and that's just what happens in Children's Church. We utilize a variety of instructional styles to teach children the Bible, how to worship, and the importance of daily prayer.

Wednesday Night Program for the Whole Family (Runs September - May)

Your entire family can stop by and have a home cooked dinner at 5:30. The cost is $4 per person or $10 for the whole family. Now, where can you get a better deal and great food too!?

After dinner, children 2 years - 6th grade can join us in AWANA Club. AWANA stands for Approved Workmen Are Not Ashamed, found in 2 Timothy 2:15 in the Bible. AWANA is a program designed to build a foundation for wisdom and knowledge of Christ, where children are grouped in age-leveled classes to learn and explore in their own unique classroom. The program runs from 6:15 to 7:45 p.m. Parents can hang out and chat or join a Growth Group of their own if they wish.

Students Middle school - high school have their own youth group time that includes activities especially focused to their interests, along with a time of challenge from the Bible. This well-supervised and structured time will provide a great place for your teen to develop their own walk with the Lord. The program runs from 6:15 to 8:00 p.m.
